The famous definition of Yoga is the union of spirit, body and mind. It increases your mind and body awareness, stimulates inner peace, adds strength and flexibility.

The Yoga principle that is mostly criticized and bumped with controversies is the Nude Yoga. It is because of doing yoga positions without wearing any form of clothing at all. Some perverts and narrow-minded critics may judge it to be distracting and discomforting but nude yogis proved them wrong. Facts explained the advantage of Nude Yoga can be more comforting to an individual.

The naked issue should not be the case here if you are not considering it as sexual experience and pleasure. Do it to unite your body, spirit and mind with respect to the standard Yoga Principles. You can feel the intimate moment of your poses while wearing nothing. You may try this alone for convenience and join a nude yoga class when you gain confidence and trust.



Bear in mind that you are the one controlling your mind and body so you can stay away from dirty thoughts while performing Nude Yoga. In some cases, not everyone may have the same mind frame to consider Nude Yoga as a form of meditation. Some may judge it with lust but the real point of view is how total comfort contributes a sense of concentration to unite your body and mind easily.

As you practice the discipline of Nude Yoga, you are somehow rejuvenating your mind and body for a positive and healthy purpose in life. Do not mind the negative issues of what you are doing for every time you think of them, they may hinder your objectives and healthy outlooks in life.
